ORDERING

What types of payments do you accept?

You can make your secure online payment with Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. In addition, for all orders delivered to Greece, we offer the ability to make your payment via Bank Transfer. Unfortunately, at this time Bank Transfer is available only for deliveries to Greece.

Will I receive an order confirmation e-mail?

You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation to the address you have provided us. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a second e-mail, which includes further information regarding the delivery of your package.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation e-mail

Yes! Once your package has shipped, we will send you an e-mail with further information.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! You are able to add a gift message during checkout, which will be included on a nice card with our logo. In addition, if you would like us to add a bow to the tin, we our happy to do so free of charge. Just indicate at the end of your gift message during checkout that you would like this option added.

Can I phone or e-mail an order?

Of course! The best way to place an order is through our online ordering system. However, you can also contact us and we would be happy to assist you with placing an order over the phone or via email.

Does Popy's Gourmet Popcorn offer any vegan popcorn flavors?

We are pleased to offer vegan popcorn flavors and we are constantly adding new flavors to our menu.

If I have a nut-allergy, should I eat at Popy's Gourmet Popcorn?

Popy's Gourmet Popcorn is NOT a nut-free kitchen. Many of our flavors contain peanuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with nut allergies err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our gourmet popcorn.

Does Popy's Gourmet Popcorn offer custom popcorn flavors?

Popy's Gourmet Popcorn is pleased to offer custom popcorn flavors and colors for special occasions including holidays, birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and corporate events. In addition, our popcorn tins can be customized with personal monograms and corporate logos. To inquire about placing a customized order, please contact us and we would be delighted to assist you.

Can you put my company logo on a popcorn tin?

Yes! To discuss a large custom order, please contact us and we would be delighted to assist you.

SHIPPING

To what countries do you ship your gourmet popcorn?

We ship our gourmet popcorn to every country in the European Union.

Does someone need to be at home upon delivery of my package?

A signature for delivery is not required, however we recommend that someone be at home to accept the package, and if not, to deliver your package at work.

What are your shipping rates for Greece, and the whole European Union?

For all deliveries to the UK and European Union, we ship with UPS Standard and the following charges apply:
Flat-rate shipping: €9.95 per 1 Gallon Tin, 2 Gallon Tin, or Mini Tin Collection.
*Please allow 3-5 business days for UPS Standard.

For all deliveries within Greece, the following charges apply:
ACS Express Next Day*: € 3.95 per 1 Gallon Tin, 2 Gallon Tin, or Mini Tin Collection (1-2 Business Days)
*ACS Express Next Day will deliver to the Attica Region, as well as most major destinations, the following business day. For some islands, as well as more remote destinations on the mainland, delivery may occur in 2 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Do you ship on weekends?

Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only (excluding local holidays).

How will my gourmet popcorn arrive?

Your gourmet popcorn will arrive sealed in our Pouches, Mini Tins, 1 Gallon Tin, or 2 Gallon tin to ensure freshness.

Our popcorn is made in a kitchen that also possesses nuts and milk products. Therefore we advise against eating our popcorn if you have any form of a nut allergy.

Yes! We make corporate event orders and corporate gifting easy! Popy's Gourmet Popcorn has worked with companies of all sizes all over the country for all types of corporate orders and corporate gift orders. Pouches

Our Pouches hold up to 125g of gourmet popcorn, depending on the flavor selected.

Mini Tins

Our Mini Tins hold ~1L of gourmet popcorn, and are offered in both 3 pack and 6 pack collections.

For our 3 packs, you have the option of mixing and matching any of our gourmet popcorn flavors. Or you can choose from among our various collections of 6 pack of Mini Tins.

1 Gallon Tin

Our 1 Gallon Tin holds ~4L of gourmet popcorn, and is ideal for movie night at home with family or a few friends.

2 Gallon Tin

Our 2 Gallon Tin holds ~8L of gourmet popcorn, and is ideal for parties or events.

Our 2 Gallon tin will serve approximately 14 to 16 people. But even if this Tin is for you and a few friends, just keep the airtight lid closed, and your popcorn will stay fresh for at least 2 weeks.

To maintain the freshness of your popcorn, we recommend that you do not expose it to heat or direct sunlight. We also recommend that you do not reheat, refrigerate, freeze, or microwave the popcorn.

VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY

Thinking of sending that special someone a gift for Valentine's Day. Send them a Tin of Popy's Gourmet Popcorn and they won't soon forget it!

We use ACS Courier to send our packages throughout Greece, and ACS has provided us with the following information to assist in planning your delivery.

For Deliveries to Athens: To ensure your order arrives by Valentine's Day, we recommend placing your order by Monday (Feb 11) at 12:00.

For Deliveries to the Rest of Greece: Shipping times can range from 1-2 days, therefore we recommend placing your order by Friday (Feb 8) at 12:00, to ensure your order arrives by Valentine's Day.

1) Place your order and choose "Curbside Pickup" at checkout.
2) Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up.
3) After you have received an email that your order is ready, go to the curbside location next to the store and call the phone number included on your email. We will bring it to your car.
